Rental Terms & House Rules
Full Month Payments
Rent is always calculated and paid for the full calendar month. Partial month rentals are not available to ensure consistency and simplicity in our billing process.
Minimum Stay
We require a minimum rental commitment of two months. This policy helps maintain stable community dynamics and reduces turnover disruption for all residents.
Check-in Policy
Move-in dates are always scheduled for the 1st day of the month. Check-in is available from 16:00. This standardized approach streamlines our operations and ensures your room is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Check-out Policy
Move-out dates are always scheduled for the last day of the month. Check-out must be completed by 12:00. This allows us adequate time to prepare the room for the next tenant and maintains our monthly billing cycle.
Payment & Security Deposit
Upon arrival and contract signing, the first month's rent plus a one-month security deposit must be paid in full. The security deposit is fully refundable upon move-out, subject to room condition inspection.
